RULES AND POLICIES
Book your session via the mind/ body app prior to training your client. Failure to do so will result in a double charge for the session.
Train your client only at the time in which your appointment is booked in the mind/body app. Booking a client and training him/her at a different time will result in a congestion fee. Talk to Marc / Rick if there is a conflict.

02.Cameras are installed for your safety and also allow us to audit sessions and review complaints.
03.Scheduling and payments are made online via MindBody prior to the start of any session.
04.Any session not entered into MindBody prior to the start of the session will incur a double charge for the session.
05.There is a 12-hour cancellation policy.
06.Any trainer looking for a return or refund of session must fill out a formal request. Send an email to info@independenttrainingspot.com to ask for the form.
07.Sessions expire one year after purchase.

09.Please open all emails from ITS to be informed on all price changes, closures, events, etc.
10.Monthly unlimited memberships do not include multiple locations and cannot be transferred to other trainers (even if they work for you).
11.If you are the last trainer to leave you must lock the door regardless of time of day.
12.Do not leave your client in an empty facility.
13.You may provide building access codes to your clients, but training clients will not

14.Be nice. Be cordial. Work well with others. Be aware of your space and the space of those around you. When the facility is busy, setting up multiple station circuits does not make sense. Professional behavior and decorum are assumed and enforced.
15.You may workout during off-peak hours at ITS if you train multiple sessions per week and there are no more than three sessions taking place while you workout. Always yield your workouts to those training.
16.If you have a complaint about a trainer or client, please email info@independenttrainingspot.com immediately with a detailed explanation of what happened including your name and the other individual, time, date, and location of the offense.
17.Ask for consent to touch your clients. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. If
complaints arise, we will review cameras and offer video evidence as needed to authorities if needed.

19.Offer to call 911 for anyone hurt and take notes on all parts of the event.
